We're looking for an experienced and student-focused Academic Counselor who is passionate about guiding students through every stage of their study abroad journey and delivering an exceptional counseling experience.

What You'll Do

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities across leading international destinations.

Assess students' academic profiles, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable universities and programs.

Guide students through the complete admission and application process.

Advise on visa requirements, scholarships, education loans, and financial planning.

Stay updated on international education systems, university admission requirements, and immigration policies.

Maintain robust relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups and CRM management.





Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure seamless application processing.

Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional events.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Overseas Education Consulting.

Strong knowledge of international university admissions and student visa processes.

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment while delivering exceptional student experiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

A proactive, professional, and student-first approach.
