⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

? Salary: ₹ 3 LPA + Incentives

? Experience : 1-3 Yrs Are you passionate about helping learners achieve their goals? Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities : ✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students

✅ Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs

✅ Convert inquiries into successful enrollments

✅ Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule counseling sessions

✅ Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates

✅ Manage 50–70 student interactions daily

✅ Achieve conversion and engagement targets

✅ Address student queries and guide them through the enrollment process ? What We're Looking For : ✔ Any graduate (preferred)





✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Sales, Counseling, Telecalling, or Customer Interaction roles

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Strong sales and conversion mindset

✔ Experience handling leads and maintaining CRM records

✔ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
