Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing the right Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to understand student needs and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs through calls, emails, video meetings, and walk-ins.
- Understand students educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses based on the student's profile and career goals.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain program curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.




- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.

- Strong counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
