We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right industrial automation training programs. The candidate will handle leads, explain courses, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Call inbound and outbound leads provided by the company.

- Explain industrial automation courses (PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo, robotics, IIoT, etc.).

- Understand students' educational background and career goals.

- Recommend the most suitable training program.

- Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and campus visits.

- Follow up regularly through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

- Convert inquiries into admissions.

- Maintain lead details in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve monthly admission targets.

- Coordinate with trainers and the placement team for student onboarding.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication in Tamil.

- Basic English communication.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma.

- Freshers with excellent communication can apply.

- Experience in telecalling, academic counselling, education sales, or customer support is an added advantage.

Salary

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
