Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct online counselling sessions with parents and students via Google Meet.
- Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable STEM programs.
- Guide prospective customers through the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
