Role Description The Academic Coordinator – Preprimary will oversee the planning, implementation, and quality of preprimary academic programs for partner schools in Mumbai. This full-time, in office role involves coordinating curriculum delivery, aligning teaching practices with Next Education’s standards, and providing academic support to educators working with early learners. The coordinator will conduct classroom observations, gather feedback from teachers and school leadership, and recommend improvements to teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods.





The role also includes organizing training sessions, supporting integration of Next Education products, and ensuring that preprimary learning experiences are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational best practices.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Education, with experience in early childhood or preprimary teaching and school-based academic coordination.

Demonstrated ability in Curriculum Development for preprimary grades, including lesson planning, resource selection, and alignment with learning outcomes.

Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams, and for delivering training and presentations.

Background in Academic Advising, supporting educators with instructional strategies, classroom management, and student learning needs.

Competence in Research to review educational practices, analyze classroom feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of academic programs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.

Experience working with preprimary curricula in CBSE, ICSE, or state boards is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel to partner schools as needed, and manage multiple academic coordination tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with edtech tools, digital learning platforms, and data-driven academic planning is beneficial.
