Role Description The Academic Counselor Intern is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting learners and prospective students with their academic and career development needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual counseling sessions, guiding students on course selection, academic pathways, and skill development aligned with their goals.

The intern will assist in creating and updating counseling materials, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with students to ensure progress. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand educational offerings,



participating in online events or webinars, and providing clear, qualified communication via email, chat, and video calls. The role offers exposure to real-world counseling practices within a business services environment, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in making informed educational decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and empathy.
