Job Summary

We are known Publishing Company seeking a dynamic and passionate School Educational Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for teachers, students, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing participants' knowledge and skills, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and our educational products.

Key Responsibilities: Product Pitch

Demonstrate and orient participants on educational books, e-learning modules, and other resources.

Highlight unique selling propositions (USPs) and map products to curriculum objectives in line with NCF 2023.

Training Delivery

Conduct online and offline training sessions on books, e-learning tools, and curricula for diverse audiences, including teachers, students, and sales teams.

Interactive Learning

Use interactive methods to ensure understanding, retention, and application of training content.

B2B Collaboration

Work closely with institutional clients, schools, and educational organizations to customize training programs.

Establish and maintain robust relationships with B2B partners to drive engagement and ensure successful implementation of training solutions.

Driving sales growth and helping in marketing

Assessment and Feedback

Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.

Provide constructive feedback to participants to foster improvement.

Mentoring

Offer academic guidance, support, and motivation to learners to enhance their experience.

Continuous Improvement





Stay updated with the latest educational trends and refine training materials and techniques accordingly.

Collaboration

Partner with sales teams, educators, academic coordinators, and other stakeholders to align training programs with institutional goals.

Reporting

Monitor and document training progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.

Proven experience in training, teaching, or a similar educational role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.

Proficiency in educational technology and software for training.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in K-12, higher education, or vocational training sectors.

Certification in instructional design or training delivery.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
