We are looking for a 4F Design Engineer with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Structural Design, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and ANSYS software. The candidate should be capable of supporting engineering design and analysis activities and applying simulation tools to evaluate structural performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis for engineering components and systems.
- Develop and review designs based on structural requirements and engineering standards.
- Conduct FEA simulations to evaluate strength, stiffness, deformation, and other structural parameters.
- Create, setup, and interpret ANSYS simulation models and results.
- Support design optimization based on FEA/ANSYS results.
- Identify potential design issues and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, analysis results, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and analysis-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Structural Engineering and FEA concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS or similar FEA software.
- Experience in structural analysis, simulation, and interpretation of FEA results.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who have worked on real-world structural/FEA projects using ANSYS will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Practical experience in structural design + FEA + ANSYS.
- Good understanding of engineering materials, loads, boundary conditions, and failure criteria.
- Ability to independently execute analysis tasks and communicate technical findings.
