Role Description The 3D Visualizer (POSM POP CTU FSU) role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The role involves conceptualizing and creating 3D designs for point-of-sale materials (POSM), point-of-purchase displays (POP), and retail fixtures such as CTU and FSU units.

The 3D Visualizer will collaborate with design, marketing, and client teams to translate briefs into visually compelling, production-ready concepts. Daily tasks include developing detailed visualizations, preparing presentation renders, refining designs based on feedback,



and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and technical requirements. The role may also involve coordinating with production teams or vendors to ensure accurate execution of the approved designs.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D visualization skills, including the ability to convert concepts and briefs into detailed 3D models and retail display designs.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools, with experience creating layouts and visual assets for POSM, POP, CTU, and FSU units.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for realistic rendering and presentation-quality visual outputs.
- Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly communicate ideas and design options.
- Experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of retail merchandising, branding, and print/production processes for physical displays.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to iterative feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
