Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with our architects and interior designers to turn CAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts into photo-realistic 3D renderings and immersive animations.

Responsibilities

- Visualization & Rendering: Translate 2D drawings, architectural blueprints, and design briefs into photorealistic 3D still images, 360° panoramas, and walkthrough animations.

- Lighting & Texturing: Apply accurate textures, materials, colors, and lighting setups (natural and artificial) to simulate real-world environments realistically.

- Collaborative Design Support: Partner directly with architects and interior designers during design iterations to test concepts, materials, and spatial layouts.

- Post-Production: Perform post-processing,



color correction, and compositing on rendered images and video footage using tools like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

- Asset Management: Maintain and organize the studio’s digital library of 3D models, textures, vegetation, and scene templates.

Requirements

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Sketchup, Rhino, Blender).

- Proficiency with industry-standard render engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona , Enscape, Lumion).

- Robust eye for architectural proportion, scale, depth, and aesthetics.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret design intent from rough drafts.
