Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a solid understanding of interiors. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming concepts, AutoCAD drawings, and design briefs into high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders, with a particular focus on washroom interiors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential interior projects.
- Create detailed washroom visualizations, including sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, accessories, and finishes.
- Convert AutoCAD drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to produce realistic presentations.
- Modify renders based on client and management feedback.
- Ensure visualizations accurately represent dimensions, finishes,



and product specifications.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Expertise in at least one industry-standard 3D software, such as:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- Blender
- Rhino
- Strong rendering skills using software like:
- V-Ray
- Corona Renderer
- Enscape
- Lumion
- D5 Render (or equivalent)
- Specialized knowledge of washroom design, including sanitary fittings, tile layouts, vanity designs, lighting, and accessories.
- Ability to create realistic material finishes and presentation-quality visuals

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
