About the Role

Ryvanta is looking for a skilled 2D & 3D Designer to convert creative concepts into accurate layouts, technical drawings, and high-quality visualizations for clients in the wedding and event management industry. The role requires close collaboration with the Design team to ensure that every concept is technically feasible, production-ready, and executed exactly as envisioned.

Key Responsibilities

2D Layout Planning

- Prepare accurate venue layouts for all event functions.
- Develop detailed layouts for stages, mandaps, entrances, lounges, dining areas, bars, walkways, photo opportunities, and guest experience zones.
- Create production drawings with complete dimensions and specifications.
- Prepare fabrication drawings for structures and décor elements.
- Update layouts based on venue recce and client revisions.

3D Visualization
- Develop high-quality 3D renders of event concepts for client presentations.
- Create realistic visualizations that accurately represent décor, floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and styling elements.
- Modify renders based on client feedback and design revisions.
- Ensure renders maintain premium design and presentation standards.

Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with the Design team to understand concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Work closely with fabrication, production, lighting, floral, and execution teams to ensure technical accuracy.
- Prepare working drawings for production and installation.
- Ensure all dimensions, scales, and specifications are accurate before fabrication.

Venue Recce & Site Measurements
- Visit venues to take accurate site measurements.
- Verify venue layouts and identify production requirements.
- Update drawings according to site conditions and venue restrictions.
- Assist in planning production flow and installation sequences.





On-Site Responsibilities
- Attend venue setup whenever required.
- Assist the execution team in interpreting technical drawings.
- Resolve technical and layout-related challenges during installation.
- Ensure all fabricated structures are executed according to approved drawings.
- Conduct final quality checks before handover.

Design Documentation
- Maintain organized records of layouts, drawings, renders, and revisions.
- Develop and maintain a library of venue layouts and standard production drawings.
- Ensure proper documentation for future reference.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed 2D layouts and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling.
- Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for rendering.
- Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation enhancement.
- Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, materials, and structural detailing.
- Excellent visualization and spatial planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in 2D/3D Designing, preferably in weddings, event production, exhibition design, interiors, architecture, or related industries.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for venue recce, site measurements, and event execution.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
