Senior Client Partner - Procurement
JOB DESCRIPTION
- This position is part time. Given the importance of timely ordering and shipping, or IT Purchasing Associate
- Process inbound purchasing requests and manage queue in SalesForce
- Acquire approval for quotes through DocuSign, file approvals in SalesForce
- Place orders for IT hardware/software from Privia preferred vendors
- Ensure best value is achieved in orders
- Track shipping information and update related SalesForce cases
- Occasional shipping tasks
- Handle ordering, shipping, and delivery exceptions
- Facilitate delivery and installation of hardware/software with Privia Field Engineering teams
- Track licensing for software, services, and IT products throughout the organization, including processing renewals
- Coordinate handoff between IT Operations and Finance
- Attend monthly IT/finance meetings
- Communicate and interact with all levels of IT structure
Maintain vendor relationships

- Excellent English communication Verbal & Written
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)
- Ability to work independently or as team worker
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in technical support role).
- Education – Bachelor’s degree (B.E./ B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences
