Job Description

- Identification and resolution of non-compliant façade supporting steel structures.

- Conducting welder qualification tests and providing quality awareness/training to the site team.

- Coordinating with AECOM for successful clearance of Inspection Requests (IRs) related to erected steel structures, glass panels, ACP panels, granite backup structures, terracotta structures, aluminium framing, false ceiling supports, and fireproofing works.

- Monitoring fabricated materials and resolving low DFT-related issues as per approved painting specifications.

- Maintaining MIR log sheets and ensuring systematic QA/QC documentation and record management.

- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and ITP requirements

- Follow-up and closure of Client Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
