Position: Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) / Reception cum Cashier

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Manage billing and cash transactions accurately
- Issue and manage game cards for customers
- Maintain proper records of daily transactions and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations




- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate when required

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or gaming industry is a plus
