Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Record and manage customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and following up on leads.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
