Role Overview

As an Admin & HR Associate, you will own the company’s day-to-day administration and HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, employee lifecycle, compliance, documentation, facilities, and internal execution. You will proactively coordinate across teams, follow up on deliverables, enforce organizational processes, and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple functions while maintaining structure and accountability. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role that serves as the operational backbone of the organization, enabling teams to function effectively and ensuring the company’s internal operations remain streamlined and well-coordinated.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee handbooks, organizational policies, and SOPs.
- Recruitment coordination
- Contractor, consultant, and intern management.
- Ensure office readiness, safety, and uninterrupted facility operations.
- Maintain organization-wide action trackers.
- Escalate delays, blockers, and risks to management.
- Maintain company registers, licenses, and administrative records.




- Develop internal workflows and administrative SOPs.
- Ensure policy compliance across departments.
- Maintain HRMS and employee portals.
- Implement automation to improve internal operations.

Requirements / Required Skills

- English and Telugu proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, HR operations, office management, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to drive tasks to closure and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structured trackers, records, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets and document management.
- Ability to draft SOPs and administrative documents.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, performance cycles, and offboarding.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, workers, consultants, and management.
- High level of ownership, reliability, discretion, and confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take responsibility beyond strictly defined tasks when required.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in a startup, manufacturing,



aerospace, engineering, R&D;, or deep-tech organization.
- Familiarity with HRMS, attendance, payroll, task management, or project-tracking platforms.
- Basic understanding of Indian employment and labour compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, POSH, and statutory employee records.
- Experience coordinating payroll inputs, employee benefits, insurance, reimbursements, or statutory compliance with external consultants.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, facility management, and office administration.
- Experience drafting or implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and internal processes.
- Experience managing asset registers, inventory, procurement trackers, and employee asset allocation.
- Ability to create dashboards, MIS reports, deadline trackers, and management reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience coordinating recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance review processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Notion, Slack, Zoho, Keka, RazorpayX Payroll, or similar business/HR platforms.
- Ability to identify process gaps and introduce systems or automation to improve operational efficiency

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Vijayawada): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
