Hospital Front Desk Executive who can efficiently handle patient inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins while converting inquiries into confirmed treatments. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and experience in hospital or healthcare front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle patient calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Convert patient queries into confirmed consultations and treatments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors.
- Follow up with prospective patients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital system.
- Deliver excellent patient service and ensure a smooth front desk experience.

Required Skills:

- 5 8 years of hospital front desk/reception experience.
- Solid communication and patient counseling skills.




- Good follow-up and treatment conversion ability.
- Knowledge of hospital software/MS Office is preferred.
- Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
