Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure proper stock levels of bar ingredients and supplies
- Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle cash, billing, and POS operations accurately
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Create a positive and engaging guest experience

Requirements:





- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in bartending or hospitality
- Experience in hotels, pubs, lounges, or restaurants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
