Role Objective (keep this clear internally)

To convert daily operations into structured SOPs, tracking systems, and simple AI-assisted workflows (From Claude , Gallabox etc) so the company runs on process—not people dependency.

Key Responsibilities1. SOP & Process Building

- Document end-to-end workflows for:
- Client handling
- Design process
- BOQ & costing
- Site execution
- Convert discussions into:
- Checklists
- Step-by-step flows
- Decision trees

2. System & Tracking Setup

- Build and maintain:
- Project tracking sheets
- Task dashboards
- Status monitoring systems
- Ensure every project has:
- Defined stages
- Clear responsibility
- Timelines visibility

3. AI Integration (Practical Use)

- Use tools like ChatGPT to:
- Create SOP drafts
- Build internal knowledge base
- Assist in communication templates
- Help develop:
- Internal chatbot for SOP queries
- Basic automation workflows

4. Operations Support

- Work closely with founders to:
- Extract processes from daily work
- Identify inefficiencies
- Suggest improvements




- Ensure processes are actually followed (not just documented)

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

- Strong logical thinking & structured approach
- Positive command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to document processes clearly
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- High ownership and willingness to learn

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Basic knowledge of Python / automation tools
- Exposure to Notion / Airtable / CRM tools
- Understanding of business operations / workflows
