Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business challenges.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
- Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure effective data flow for machine learning models.
- Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders using dashboards and reports.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science best practices.
- Building conversational AI systems or chatbots
- Developing Gen AI applications (content generation, summarization, code assistance)
- Working with transformer architectures




- Implementing multimodal AI solutions
- Handling hallucination detection and mitigation

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Large Language Models (LLMs) – GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.
- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- Fine-tuning and training LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
- Vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
- LLM evaluation frameworks and metrics
- API integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Token optimization and cost management
- Guardrails and safety measures for LLM outputs
