Mittal Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to handle design development, coordination, and execution support for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify building layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D views
- Ensure compliance with building by-laws, DCR, fire, and approval norms
- Coordinate with structural, MEP,



and site teams
- Support execution through drawings, site visits, and design clarifications
- Maintain design quality, aesthetics, and space efficiency
- Assist in cost optimization and material selection
- Prepare working, approval, and as-built drawings
- Support marketing layouts, brochures, and sample flats

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2–5 years of experience (Real Estate preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
