Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents for interior fit-out works
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits to gather project information and assess conditions
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare material take-offs and cost breakdowns
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
- Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Review project scope and highlight risks or discrepancies
- Assist in post-tender negotiations and project handover

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field




- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
- Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
- Good understanding of local market rates and suppliers
- Robust analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
