Position: Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling advanced pharmaceutical testing instruments. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong client engagement skills to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma hubs.
· Conduct product demonstrations (dissolution testers, hardness testers, etc.).
· Prepare technical-commercial proposals and manage tender submissions.
· Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and forecast sales.
Collaborate with service engineers to ensure smooth post-sales support.
Represent the company at pharma expos, seminars, and industry events.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning.

Preferred Skills:
· Strong understanding of analytical instruments and applications.
· Clear product presentations and client engagement.
· Identifying current clients and expanding market presence.
· Tracking competitor activities and industry trends.




· Maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts.
· Developing long-term partnerships with pharma clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in sales and marketing
Freshers or candidates with up to 11 years of experience are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for travel and field sales.
