Role Overview

We are looking for a Workday Financials Expert with strong Workday Studio development experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for configuring our Workday Financial modules and building/maintaining the integrations that connect Workday to our other business systems.

You’ll work closely with our onshore teams to handle system configuration, build custom integrations, and ensure our financial data flows smoothly.

Primary Role

- Business Processes: Build and update Workday Business Processes (BPs) and condition rules to keep our financial workflows efficient.
- Configuration: Handle day-to-day configuration and maintenance for core Workday Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, and Expenses). Configure and support multi-currency, multi-entity financial consolidations, intercompany balance eliminations, and translation rules within Workday.
- Integrations & Studio: Design, build, and troubleshoot complex integrations using Workday Studio. Maintain existing integrations, EIBs, and Core Connectors. Develop current EIBs to aid with automation efforts.
- Support & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for system errors, integration failures,



and custom reporting needs (using advanced reports and calculated fields).
- System Updates: Help manage Workday’s twice-a-year feature releases, ensuring integrations and configurations are tested and stable. Evaluate and recommend new features based on business requirements.

Qualifications

- Workday Studio Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience building and debugging complex integrations using Workday Studio (including XML, XSLT, and Web Services).
- Financials Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience focused on Workday Financials configuration and support.
- Financial Knowledge: A solid understanding of core accounting concepts (general ledger, banking, and financial reporting).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills. You need to be comfortable explaining technical integration issues to finance stakeholders.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to overlap work hours till 1:30 PM US Central Time

Nice-to-Haves

- Workday Financials or Integrations certification.
- Experience with Workday Extend (including Orchestrate and App Builder).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
