Role Overview:

As the CTO cum Co-founder, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading the technology vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to drive product development, oversee the technical team, and ensure the successful launch and growth of our Fintech product. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Vision and Strategy:

- Define and implement the technology roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our product remains competitive and cutting-edge.

Product Development:

- Lead the development and delivery of the Fintech product, ensuring it meets market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and improvements.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices in software development and system architecture.

Infrastructure and Security:





- Oversee the design and maintenance of a scalable and secure technology infrastructure.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to shape the company’s overall strategy and direction.
- Communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and board members.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
- Address technical challenges and identify solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar leadership role within a Fintech or tech startup environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in building and scaling technology teams, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
