Job description:
Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Monitor daily stock movements including receipts, transfers, sales, and adjustments.
- Ensure system stock aligns with physical inventory through regular cycle counts and full stock takes.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, and negative stock issues.
Stock Reconciliation & Reporting
- Analyze & Flag stock variances, slow-moving, non-moving, expired, and near-expiry items & propose corrective actions.
- Share inventory reports with management, sales, and finance teams.
- Support month-end and year-end stock closing activities.
Warehouse & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Verify GRNs, delivery notes, and stock transfer documents for accuracy.
- Ensure correct product coding, batch details, and expiry dates are captured in the system.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance to reduce expiry risks.
Stock Planning & Optimization
- Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
- Assist in planning stock movements across warehouses or regions.
Compliance & Loss Prevention
- Ensure adherence to internal inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Identify potential stock loss, damages, or pilferage and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to inventory.
Dispatches and Documentation
· Coordinate with logistics partners and arrange vehicles for pickups as per dispatch schedules.
· Share shipment and vehicle details with relevant internal stakeholders.
· Prepare, print, and handover dispatch documentation to drivers (including invoices, e-way bills, delivery notes, etc.).
· Follow up with logistics partners for shipment status, delivery timelines, and Proof of Delivery (PODs).
· Track shipments proactively and update delivery status and POD records in Odoo or relevant ERP system.
· Handle porter bookings and ensure porter account management and documentation accuracy.
Import Shipments
· Coordinate import shipments with CHA and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance and movement.
· Support shipment inwarding activities including coordination for PO, BL, shipment advice, GRN verification, landed cost confirmation, and interaction with Finance where required.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent). A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is highly preferred.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in inventory control, stock management, logistics, or warehouse operations in FMCG and/or QSR environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,476.66 - ₹41,568.65 per month
