Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Officer & Field Officer to manage and support the student admission process. The candidate will guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth admission procedures.

Admission Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle admission inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online).
- Assist in application form filling and document verification.
- Maintain student records and admission data.
- Follow up with prospective students to complete enrollment.

Field Officer Responsibilities:

- Distribute brochures and collect student leads.
- Travel to nearby locations for admission campaigns.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally.




- Assist students in filling out application forms and collecting required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of student data and applications.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding admission processes.
- Follow up with prospective students to complete admissions.
- Organize admission campaigns, events, and counseling sessions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline ( UG & PG).
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
