We're seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of online orders from our hub to customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with logistics teams: Work closely with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of online orders.

2. Manage hub operations: Oversee daily operations at the delivery hub, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages.

3. Track and resolve issues: Monitor delivery status, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Maintain records and reports: Keep accurate records of delivery operations, including metrics on delivery times, issues, and customer satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with other teams: Work with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery processe

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
