Key Responsibilities

● UX Strategy & Architecture (Top Priority): Conduct user research, map logical user flows, and structure complex content hierarchies so information is easy to find and digest.

● UI & Responsive Design: Build clean, pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma optimized seamlessly for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.

● Motion & Animation: Design intuitive micro-interactions and smooth UI transitions that reduce cognitive load and delight users.

● Design Systems: Maintain scalable Figma component libraries, typography hierarchies, and style guides.

● Collaboration & Graphics: Partner with developers to bring designs to life. Assist with supporting graphic design and multimedia assets as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.

● UX Mastery:



Robust understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and usability testing. You care deeply about why a button goes where it goes.

● Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, prototyping, components) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

● Portfolio: Must showcase your design process including research, wireframes, user flows, and animations not just final visual screens.

● Communication: Ability to clearly articulate and defend your design and interaction decisions.
