We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, assisting with GST and TDS compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Prepare payment vouchers and support payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
