We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams during project execution
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and design documents
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards
- Identify and resolve structural issues with practical and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and efficient material utilization
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction practices
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAFE)
- Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
