Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our agile team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.




- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
