he Junior Executive – CAPEX Warehouse is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, documentation, and dispatch of capital equipment and materials required for store openings, maintenance, and renovations. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate ERP transactions, statutory documentation, and seamless coordination with stores, vendors, and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

- Receive, inspect, and store CAPEX materials and equipment.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Ensure systematic storage and easy identification of materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards.

Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and verify Delivery Challans for material dispatch.
- Generate and validate E-Way Bills for inter-state and applicable movements.
- Prepare and process E-Sugam documentation as per Karnataka regulations, wherever applicable.
- Maintain complete documentation for inward and outward material movements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to transportation and warehouse documentation.





ERP & Inventory Management

- Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue entries in ERP.
- Perform stock transfers, material consumption, and inventory adjustments in ERP.
- Update inventory records accurately and ensure timely system transactions.
- Generate inventory and movement reports as required by management.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Store Managers regarding material requirements, dispatch schedules, and receipt confirmations.
- Liaise with Procurement, Finance, Projects, and Maintenance teams for material planning and availability.
- Follow up with transporters and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, damages, or delayed deliveries.

Dispatch & Logistics

- Arrange timely dispatch of CAPEX materials to current and existing stores.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
- Track shipments and ensure proof of delivery is received.
- Maintain dispatch schedules and transportation records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
