Role Overview:
The Sales Executive – Free Sales will handle inbound customer inquiries, understand patient needs, and convert leads into successful sales. This role requires solid communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide customers through healthcare decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers
* Understand patient requirements and explain services clearly
* Convert leads into successful sales
* Follow up with interested prospects to close deals
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery




* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
* 2—3yearsofexperience in telesales or inbound sales
* Basic understanding of healthcare services and patient needs
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with empathy and professionalism
* Ability to build trust and guide patients through decision-making
* Target-oriented mindset

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of calls handled
* Conversion rate
* Revenue generated
* Follow-up efficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
