We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about computer networking and IT infrastructure. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training while working with experienced professionals on real-time networking projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Support network maintenance and system updates.
- Configure and understand basic networking concepts such as IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Document network configurations and technical issues.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.
- Work closely with senior engineers to learn networking technologies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the networking domain.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Subnetting.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and networking devices.
- Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
- Networking certification (such as CCNA) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
