Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to oversee and manage multiple branch operations, drive business growth, and lead high-performing teams across locations. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to achieve business targets and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operations and performance across multiple branches/locations
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers, counsellors, and support teams
- Monitor admissions, conversions, and revenue targets across the cluster
- Develop and implement business growth and expansion strategies
- Ensure smooth execution of counselling, admissions, visa, and support processes
- Analyze branch performance reports, MIS, and CRM data
- Drive sales performance and ensure target achievement across locations
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance evaluations




- Ensure operational efficiency, process compliance, and service quality
- Collaborate with senior management for strategic business planning

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in education consultancy, sales, or operations management
- Strong leadership and multi-branch management experience
- Excellent communication, team handling, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Target-driven mindset with operational management expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems

Preferred Skills

- Experience in overseas education consultancy (Germany preferred)
- Strong business development and sales management exposure
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations
- Strategic planning and operational execution skills
- Experience in admissions and student counselling processes
