Job Summary

Jagson India (Pietralite) is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support the sales team by following up with customer enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in converting leads into business opportunities. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customer enquiries received through IndiaMART, website, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and exhibitions.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Share product catalogs, quotations, samples, and company information.
- Maintain daily follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely customer updates.
- Assist in lead generation and customer database management.
- Follow up on pending quotations and sample requests.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.

Internship Duration

- 3–6 Months

Stipend

- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on performance)
