Key Responsibilities

- Part Inspection: Learn to use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs) to measure dimensional accuracy.
- Blueprint Reading: Study technical drawings, tolerances, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) symbols.
- Defect Identification: Assist in identifying non-conforming parts and isolating the root causes of production defects.
- Documentation: Record inspection data, prepare quality reports, and maintain traceability logs.
- Process Support: Work with senior quality engineers to conduct first-article and in-process inspections on the shop floor.
- Compliance: Adhere to company safety rules, 5S standards, and ISO quality management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a technical certification in CNC Machining.
- Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude, high attention to detail, and basic computer literacy.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
