1. Sales Manager (Garden Sales)

Location: Kolkata

Salary: 40k to 50k

Preferred Industry: Tea Industry (CTC)

Experience: 7 to 8 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage garden tea sales to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with tea buyers, brokers, exporters, and institutional customers.
- Coordinate with tea gardens, factories, and auction houses for smooth sales and dispatch operations.
- Monitor tea market trends, auction prices, and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain customer records.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries effectively.

Preferred Candidate





- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 7–8 years of experience in tea sales, preferably in Garden Sales within the CTC tea industry.
- Strong knowledge of tea auctions, tea grades, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Established network with tea buyers, brokers, exporters, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and customer meetings

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
