We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, manage client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding project updates and service requirements.
Business Development & Retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Build customer loyalty and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution
- Address customer complaints and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain service standards.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Prepare customer satisfaction reports and periodic MIS reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Coordination & Communication
- Schedule meetings with clients and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
