A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to engineering drawings and quality standards. The role involves site management, coordination with contractors, technical supervision, and reporting project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions in office.




- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare quantity estimates and monitor material usage.
- Maintain project documentation, including site records and reports.
- Check and verify measurements and billing quantities.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
