Job Title: Civil Draftsman / Architectural Draftsman

Experience: 4–5 Years

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify architectural drawings, including planning layouts, designs, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) consultants to ensure seamless integration of services into architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with the Structural Engineering team to align architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct site visits and supervise site work to ensure execution is as per the approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the Surveyor for site measurements, levels, and layout verification.
- Perform area calculations and maintain accurate drawing records.
- Prepare revisions and update drawings based on site requirements and consultant feedback.




- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Possess a basic understanding of GDCR (General Development Control Regulations) and incorporate applicable regulations into planning and design.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of building by-laws and GDCR will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
