Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Operations)

The HR Executive at 4W Technologies Pvt. Ltd. plays a vital role in driving the company's growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with the management team to understand the resource requirements for current and upcoming projects and support various HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.

As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with management and department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Organize and participate in walk-in drives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and employee referral programs.

HR Operations

- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.




- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare recruitment reports, and other management reports.

What We Are Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
