We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage transportation, dispatch coordination, and material movement, ensuring timely deliveries to project sites.

Job Summary

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, arranging transportation, preparing logistics documentation, and ensuring smooth movement of materials from the manufacturing facility to customer sites. The ideal candidate should possess solid coordination skills, basic logistics knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per production schedules.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely material dispatch.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to internal teams.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, e-Way Bills, delivery challans, and transporter documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Sales, and Project teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Follow up with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
- Maintain dispatch records, transporter details, and logistics reports.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and safe handling of materials.




- Support the optimization of transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Manufacturing, PEB, Structural Steel, Engineering, Heavy Fabrication, or Industrial companies will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
- Experience coordinating with transporters and handling vehicle arrangements.
- Knowledge of e-Way Bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work from Kalmeshwar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial logistics will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
