We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage material procurement across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive material requirements from site engineers and process purchase requests promptly
- Source quotations from multiple vendors, compare rates, and negotiate for the best prices
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery to sites
- Track deliveries, verify invoices against POs, and coordinate with accounts for payments
- Maintain vendor database, rate records, and purchase documentation
- Monitor stock at sites and flag shortages before they delay work
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma preferred; experience matters more than qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in construction or building materials
- Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishes) is a robust advantage
- Good negotiation and communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with email/WhatsApp coordination
- Organized, persistent with follow-ups, and able to handle multiple sites simultaneously

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
