Specialization: Computer Science & Engineering

Qualifications:

- B.TECH (CSE) + M.TECH (CSE) + Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Professor-level experience as per AICTE/UGC norms. Also worked on a similar profile.
- Proven leadership in academic administration, research, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the College.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NBA, NAAC, and university regulations.
- Lead curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Promote research, innovation, industry partnerships, and consultancy.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and development.
- Drive student outcomes, placements, admissions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage departmental budgets, infrastructure, and resource planning.
- Represent the department in institutional, industry, and academic forums.
