We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician / Phlebotomist to join our A&G; Diagnostics Lab team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in blood sample collection, laboratory procedures, and patient care while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples safely and efficiently from patients.
- Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations as assigned.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper quality control.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Keep accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff regarding test results.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- Certification in phlebotomy is preferred.
- Experience in blood collection and laboratory procedures.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
