Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, technical leadership, and end-to-end implementation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SAP transformation initiatives in a collaborative and cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP ABAP development activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP technical solutions following project standards and best practices.
- Develop and enhance RICEF objects, including:
- Reports
- Interfaces (File, Proxy, IDoc, OData)
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms
- Build and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and BTP RAP Framework applications.
- Participate in data, transaction, and HANA migration activities.
- Review technical design documents and ensure development complies with project guidelines.
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.




- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, coding guidelines, and quality processes.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory

- 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN) projects.
- Strong experience in:
- SAP ABAP
- RICEF Development
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- BTP RAP Framework
- OData Services
- IDocs
- Enhancement Framework
- Experience in SAP implementation and migration projects.
- Team mentoring or technical leadership experience.

Functional Knowledge

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Basic understanding of MM and SD integration with Finance.

- SAP Fiori
- SAP UI5
- DMEE
- HANA Modeling
- SAP BTP
- SAP tools integration with AI Models
- CFIN implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP certifications are an added advantage.
